At Zenthara Lipids, we take pride in delivering every order with precision, transparency, and timeliness.
Our shipping and logistics operations are designed to ensure that all oleoresins, essential oils, lipid ingredients, and botanical extracts reach our customers in perfect condition — maintaining purity, safety, and compliance at every stage.

1. General Shipping Policy

  • All shipments are handled with utmost care and dispatched through authorized logistics and freight partners.
  • Delivery terms follow internationally recognized Incoterms 2020, primarily on an FOB (Free On Board) basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Standard documentation — Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Certificate of Analysis (COA) — is provided with every consignment.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Dispatches within India are made via approved transport partners from our Junagadh facility.
  • Delivery timelines generally range between 5 – 10 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Freight, insurance, and applicable taxes are chargeable unless otherwise specified in the quotation or invoice.
  • Risk and ownership transfer to the Buyer once the goods leave our premises.

3. Export Shipping

  • All international shipments are executed in full compliance with the applicable regulations of the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) and the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI).
  • Standard port of shipment: Any designated Indian port (e.g., Mundra, Nhava Sheva, Kandla, Chennai, or Cochin).
  • Freight, insurance, and import clearance at the destination are the Buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Additional certifications such as Phytosanitary, Halal, Organic, or GMP can be arranged upon request, subject to additional cost and processing time.

4. Delivery Timelines

  • Dispatches occur only after receipt of the confirmed advance payment or Letter of Credit (LC) as per agreed terms.
  • Estimated shipment timelines are shared at the time of order confirmation.
  • Zenthara Lipids is not liable for delays caused by customs, port congestion, natural calamities, or other force majeure events beyond our control.

5. Packaging & Handling

  • All products are securely packed in export-grade, food-safe containers designed to preserve integrity during transit.
  • Buyers must inspect goods immediately upon delivery and notify us of any visible damage within 48 hours of receipt.

6. Tracking & Communication

  • Tracking details and dispatch notifications are provided via email or WhatsApp once the shipment leaves our facility.
  • For export consignments, soft copies of Bill of Lading (B/L) or Air Waybill (AWB) are shared for customs clearance coordination.

7. Force Majeure

Zenthara Lipids shall not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by events beyond reasonable control, including strikes, acts of God, war, government restrictions, or logistic network disruptions.
