3. Product Information & Specifications

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and images on the Site are accurate and current. However, natural variation is inherent to plant-derived ingredients, and minor variations in appearance, aroma, or composition between batches may occur. Formal specification sheets, Certificates of Analysis (COA), and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), where applicable, will be provided upon request or as part of order documentation and take precedence over general Site content.

4. Quotations, Orders & Payment

Quotations provided via the Site, email, or WhatsApp are indicative and subject to confirmation at the time of order. Prices, availability, and lead times may change without prior notice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment terms, currency, and applicable taxes or duties will be specified in the order confirmation or invoice. 5. Shipping & Delivery

Zenthara is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, carriers, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Any concerns regarding product quality, quantity, or condition on arrival must be reported within the timeframe specified in our Return & Replacement Policy, accompanied by supporting documentation (such as photographs or lab results) where applicable. Claims raised outside the specified window, or without adequate supporting evidence, may not be eligible for review.

Buyers are responsible for determining that any product purchased from Zenthara is suitable and lawfully permitted for their intended application and market, including compliance with local food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or import/export regulations. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zenthara’s total liability arising out of or related to any order, product, or use of the Site shall not exceed the amount paid by the buyer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
