1. Overview
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Zenthara Lipids (“Zenthara,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) processes and ships orders to customers in India and internationally. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
2. Order Processing Time
Once an order is confirmed in writing, with agreed specifications, quantity, and payment terms, we begin processing it for dispatch. Processing times vary depending on product availability, order volume, and any custom formulation or packaging requirements, and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
3. Shipping Methods & Partners
Depending on the destination, order size, and urgency, shipments may be sent by road transport, air freight, or sea freight, using third-party logistics and freight-forwarding partners. The specific method and carrier will be agreed with the customer as part of the order confirmation.
4. Shipping Terms
Orders are shipped under internationally recognized trade terms (such as EXW, FOB, or CIF, as applicable), which will be specified in the quotation or order confirmation. These terms determine which party is responsible for freight cost, insurance, and risk of loss at each stage of transit, in line with standard Incoterms definitions.
5. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines will be provided at the time of order confirmation based on the destination and shipping method selected. These timelines are estimates only. Actual delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or other disruptions, and Zenthara shall not be liable for delays arising from such circumstances.
6. Customs, Duties & Import Compliance
For international shipments, the customer is responsible for compliance with import regulations in the destination country, including obtaining any necessary permits or licenses, and for payment of applicable customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Packaging
Products are packaged using materials and container types suited to preserving product quality during transit, in line with standard industry practice for the product category. Specific packaging requirements (such as drum size, labeling, or documentation) should be confirmed at the time of order.
8. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, shipment weight and volume, and the shipping method selected, and will be communicated as part of the quotation or invoice. Shipping costs are non-refundable once a shipment has been dispatched, except where a shipment is lost, damaged, or misdirected due to an error on our part.
9. Damaged or Missing Shipments
If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, or if items appear to be missing, customers should note this with the carrier upon delivery where possible, and notify us promptly with photographs and relevant documentation, in accordance with our Return & Replacement Policy.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our logistics practices or applicable regulations. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
